This policy outlines our procedures for refunds, exchanges, and returns on all merchandise, including apparel, educational kits, and branded items.

Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges are available under the following conditions:

The item was purchased directly from Public Health 4 Kidz Production (online, at an event, or through our official representatives).
A request for return or exchange is made within 14 days of the purchase date.
The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).

After 14 days, all sales are considered final.

Non-Refundable Items

Educational kits that have been opened or partially used
